South African (SA) mobile operator Cell C’s listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange was priced at R26.50 ($1.53) per share, below a previously set range of R29.50–35.50 ($1.70–2.05), the company said this Friday.
Cell C is majority owned by Blu Label Unlimited through its subsidiary The Prepaid Company.
