Sudan’s conflict is taking an escalating toll on civilians.
Tens of thousands have fled El Fasher after the Rapid Support Forces took control last month.
Many arrive injured, while local towns struggle to cope with a growing humanitarian crisis.
Last week Tuesday Sudan’s military leader, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, also announced the withdrawal of his Sudan Armed Forces from El Fasher, their last stronghold in Darfur.
Sudan’s further fragmentation remains a growing concern.
