Extradition case against Zimbabwean born British national Tshuma

The extradition case against Zimbabwean born British national Ndodana Tshuma is expected to resume in South Africa’s (SA) Johannesburg Magistrates court this morning.

Tshuma is in custody in SA after he pleaded guilty to charges relating to the unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, as well as an immigration offence.

He is wanted in the United Kingdom in connection with the murders of his wife and two daughters in July this year.

During his last appearance last week, Tshuma told the court that he did not remember pleading guilty and maintains that he is innocent.
