United States (US) Secretary of State Marco Rubio has announced a State Department campaign to dismantle what it describes as the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) threat to American sovereignty.
According to a statement, the campaign will feature a whole-of-government response aimed at systematically disabling the ICC’s ability to operate, target American service members and officials, or otherwise threaten US sovereignty.
