US taking steps to prevent Ebola from entering its country
The United States (US) says it is taking steps to prevent Ebola from entering the country from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

The outbreak has killed more than 200 people and infected hundreds more in DRC.

The World Health Organisation has declared the outbreak a public health emergency of international concern.

The US President Donald Trump administration says the aim is to contain the virus in the outbreak region.

US says this is marking a shift from the 2014 response, when patients were treated in the US.
