The child\u2019s grandmother says the toddler started complaining of pain on her return from cr\u00e8che.<\/p>\n
She says she took the child to hospital where it was confirmed that she has been raped.<\/p>\n
The grandmother, who will not be named to protect the identity of the minor, says local police have been helpful.<\/p>\n
She says the family is hurting.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am deeply hurt because of this situation; I thought she is safe at the cr\u00e8che. I am thankful for the police; they really assisted us. I want justice for my child. When I think about her it brings me a lot of pain. She is still young for what she has faced. We never received counselling,\u201d the grandmother said.<\/p>\n
