Proceedings at the Modimolle Regional Court, Limpopo Province, have been postponed to Wednesday.<\/p>\n
A trial within a trial is underway to determine the admissibility of testimony from the state’s fourth witness, who claims he was coerced into signing a police statement he did not make.
\nThe court has declared him a hostile witness.<\/p>\n
The matter was adjourned after the accused raised concerns about misinterpretation by the court interpreter, prompting the judge to delay proceedings to ensure fairness.<\/p>\n
