The party\u2019s exclusion, it said, undermines efforts to restore public trust in state institutions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Speaking in an ingterview, Dr Wilker Dias, Executive Director of the DECIDE Platform, said the decision to exclude Anamola could deepen existing political divides and threaten the fragile peace process.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cExcluding a party that represents a considerable segment of society from dialogue initiatives risks reigniting old grievances,\u201d Dias warned. \u201cFor Mozambique to move forward, all key stakeholders, including emerging political actors like Anamola, must be given a seat at the table.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dias added that Mozambique\u2019s government and opposition must \u201cprioritise genuine engagement and transparency\u201d to prevent a relapse into instability.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The country has faced growing political tension and sporadic unrest since the 2024 polls, which opposition parties alleged were marred by irregularities.
