Recently, the European Union affiliated EUCL committed $3 400 annually over three years to support volleyball development in Rwanda.<\/p>\n<p>In a move aimed at enhancing competition and motivation, Ngarambe has proposed increasing league champions\u2019 prize money from $1 300 to $7 000.
