Chivayo confirmed that the latest payment will go towards player welfare, recruitment, and administrative expenses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>According to Chivayo, the remaining $500 000 will be released in two further instalments, scheduled for December and February. However, he hinted that the balance could be paid earlier depending on the team\u2019s performance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Chivayo, a controversial businessman often described as a \u201ctenderpreneur,\u201d has made headlines for his lavish donations to sports and entertainment figures in Zimbabwe.
