On Monday, he announced the appointment of businessman Herintsalama Rajaonarivelo as Prime Minister.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, in a statement posted on Facebook, the Gen Z Mada movement criticised the decision, saying it was made in a non-transparent manner and without public consultation.
