Despite the loss, Wolvaardt praised the team\u2019s growth in depth and character over the past three finals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cReaching three finals in a row shows that we are doing something right both domestically and as a squad,\u201d Wolvaardt said at the post-match press conference. \u201cWe are consistently making finals now, whereas before it might have been a one-time thing. I\u2019m really proud of the team, and hopefully we can keep reaching finals and one day win one.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Proteas Women have steadily risen on the global stage, with domestic contracts and increased exposure helping to strengthen the squad.
