However, she challenged the Kenyan volleyball federation to extend similar backing to the men\u2019s side.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Despite regular participation in the African Volleyball Championships, the Wafalme Stars have yet to debut at the Olympics or FIVB World Championships, frequently falling short against continental powerhouses such as Egypt, Tunisia, and Cameroon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hajij also encouraged Kenya to bid for hosting rights for continental tournaments, pointing to the country\u2019s modern facilities, passionate fan base, and rich volleyball culture as key assets for staging world-class competitions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, betting firm Mozzart Bet Kenya announced a sponsorship boost for Kenyan volleyball, increasing its support from $77 000 to $115 000.
