The United States remains the only member not represented, following Washington\u2019s decision to boycott the gathering.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Delegates from around the world have convened in SA for what is being described as a landmark moment for the country as host of the G20 Leaders\u2019 Summit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Frye said a tax on extreme wealth would give governments the means to tackle inequality more decisively. \u201cWe\u2019re saying tax the super-rich and use that money to reduce inequality by providing quality services, education, health care, which then generates a healthy and productive further new generation.
