In a statement, Gachagua accused President William Ruto, his former political ally, of ordering the alleged attack, though he did not provide evidence to support the claim.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Police have denied any wrongdoing and said an investigation has been launched into the incident.
