It has also invited members of the public to make submissions.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Mlandu says he was one of the victims.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cThat is why the SA police are here, where he made threats against me. He realised that I am not flinching. I do not know why he would think I would flinch because he is with the SA police. Then he sent a lawyer\u2019s letter to threaten me, to gag me. Me and my lawyers and I said, \u2018bring it on\u2019. Then, when he realised I am not flinching again, he sent me to the Hawks.
