A second suspect who is allegedly linked to the assassination of Warrick \u201cDJ Warras\u201d Stock is expected to appear before the South Africa’s (SA), Gauteng Province, Johannesburg Magistrate\u2019s Court on Monday.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The 25-year-old suspect, a Mozambican national, was arrested in the Marathon informal settlement in Primrose in Germinston on Friday night, during a Crime Intelligence operation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He faces charges of murder and the contravention of the Immigration Act.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The popular media personality was gunned down outside a building in the Johannesburg Central Business District (CBD) in December.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

At the time of his killing, his security company had been contracted to enforce security at the premises.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The 44-year-old Victor Majola, who is accused of orchestrating the assassination, was denied bail.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The court found that he submitted two conflicting addresses and his alibi regarding his whereabouts on December 16, 2025, the day Warras was killed, was not tested.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Majola faces charges of premeditated murder and conspiracy to commit a crime. He has been placed at the scene through Closed-Circuit Television footage obtained from the butchery across the Zambezi building.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Majola was seen walking and pointing at the deceased to one of the two other suspects, who seconds later proceeded to shoot the deceased multiple times before fleeing the scene.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

During Majola\u2019s five-day bail application proceedings, his attorney, Dumisani Mabunda, presented a video to the court showing what unfolded during that tragic afternoon when DJ Warras was gunned down.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

According to Mabunda, the video which had been circulating on social media, his client Victor Majola does not appear in it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Magistrate Annelise Thlapi dismissed the video, stating that there\u2019s a high possibility it could already be tampered with and edited.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
