The lawsuit claims he paid only $300 000 upfront, while five cheques issued for the remaining balance later bounced.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The case follows a separate New York lawsuit alleging the retired boxer owes $330 000 in unpaid rent and damages on a $24 million leased Manhattan penthouse.
