The Secretary-General urged restraint, cautioning that further military exchanges could trigger a broader confrontation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, Guterres criticised Iran\u2019s retaliatory actions, saying they heighten tensions and threaten to widen the conflict.
