He highlighted the SADC Regional Development Fund (RDF) as a key instrument to drive transformation across the region.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe current geopolitical storm is a stark reminder that we must shift gears, be closer and more united, and innovate,\u201d Magosi said. \u201cThe RDF is our vehicle for transformation. Without it, we stand still.
