Malone left the company in 2006 and launched a new fragrance \u200blabel, &#8220;Jo Loves&#8221;, in 2011.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">The company said the use of &#8220;Jo Malone&#8221; on the packaging \u200bof &#8220;Jo Loves&#8221; fragrances sold by Zara formed the basis of the lawsuit, \u2060which was filed in a British court on Wednesday.
