Court approval is required, and \u200bAdobe denied wrongdoing in agreeing to \u200bsettle.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In a June 2024 complaint, the Justice Department and \u200cFederal \u2060Trade Commission accused Adobe of burying termination fees that could reach hundreds of dollars in the fine print for its &#8220;annual \u200bpaid monthly&#8221; \u200bsubscription \u2060plan, or behind textboxes and hyperlinks.
