This means deportations can proceed without waiting for emergency travel documents to be issued.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The agreement was finalised during the state visit of Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the UK.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>British Prime Minister Keir Starmer described the visit as historic, noting that it is the first by a West African leader in 37 years.
