This comes after it concluded its participation at the 70th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Department of Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities says the country continues to play a leading role in global gender equality efforts.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Spokesperson Cassius Selala highlighted key outcomes from the session.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Selala says, &#8220;During the CSW70, SA was appointed to serve in the CSW70 communications committee working group, a significant milestone that reinforces the country&#8217;s growing leadership in advancing gender equality.
