Trade tensions between Kenya and Uganda over dairy exports have been cited as a clear example of these disruptions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Founder and Chairperson of AIMS Capital Associates, Alloys Mutabingwa, says the new deadline could help unlock trade potential in the region if fully implemented.
