People stay home or \u200bwalk on foot. We raised fares because fuel \u200bprices went up,&#8221; Hasan Suleiman, a 21-year-old tuk-tuk driver, told\u00a0<i>Reuters<\/i>\u00a0\u200cin \u2060Mogadishu.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;The city has few passengers and they won&#8217;t pay the higher fares.
