Ceuta, along with \u200bthe other Spanish exclave of Melilla to the east, forms the European Union&#8217;s (EU) only land border with Africa.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Authorities seized 17 \u200bmetric tons of the drug, 1.4 million Euros ($1.6 \u200bmillion) in cash, and arrested 27 people in connection with \u200cthe \u2060operation.
