Prosecutors have charged the pair with attempted murder, defeating the ends of justice, unlawful possession of a firearm and contravening SA\u2019s immigration laws.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The two appeared briefly in court last month, when it emerged that no plea agreement had been finalised between the State and the defence.
