The arrests were carried out during an intelligence-driven operation at a shopping centre in the Brooklyn suburb of Pretoria, SA, last Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Authorities say checks conducted through Interpol confirmed that Capo Chichi is a wanted fugitive in Benin on charges linked to crimes against the state.
