A seventh suspect, a former state governor, remains at large.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Attorney-General and Justice Minister Lateef Fagbemi filed the case on Monday at a federal court in Nigeria&#8217;s capital Abuja.
