They face multiple charges, including fraud, theft and money laundering linked to Bushiri.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mudolo\u2019s lawyer, Advocate Mandla Hlatshwayo, has warned he will take the matter to the Constitutional Court of SA if the trial proceeds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The defence argues that the continued involvement of the two prosecutors infringes on the accused\u2019s right to a fair trial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In court, Hlatshwayo said allowing the prosecutors to remain would echo injustices of the past.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe can\u2019t go back to the injustice of the past, the rights of the accused are being infringed as we speak.
