Observers say the standoff risks undermining both operational effectiveness and trust in institutions tasked with upholding the law.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>IPUSA General Secretary Mpho Kwinika said disagreements between agencies should be handled through established internal mechanisms rather than being played out publicly. \u201cIf there are differences, there are channels where these issues can be addressed,\u201d Kwinika said.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kwinika warned that the current situation could weaken the rule of law and have broader consequences beyond institutional relationships. \u201cThese actions undermine the rule of law and erode public trust.
