The proposal comes in response to a recent wave of anti-immigrant protests and violence targeting foreign nationals in various communities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>While the religious body made it clear that it opposes unlawful migration, it stressed that no individual or vigilante group has the right to take the law into their own hands. The organisation has urged that all law enforcement actions remain strictly within legal boundaries, rejecting any form of xenophobic violence.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The proposed framework focuses on strengthening border management to ensure immigration laws are fairly enforced by the state.
