South Africa&#8217;s (SA) Proteas netball team have deliberately lined up three warm-up matches against continental rivals Uganda, believing tough opposition is the best way to expose weaknesses before the Commonwealth Games.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In high-performance sport, success depends as much on planning and preparation as it does on talent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Proteas netball captain Khanyisa Chawane believes the long-standing rivalry with Uganda is exactly what the team needs to sharpen their game.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They&#8217;re not going to make it easy obviously,&#8221; Chawane said. &#8220;It&#8217;s going to make them happy if they beat us. But I don&#8217;t think they&#8217;re going to beat us.
