However, civil society groups emphasize that this year&#8217;s focus is firmly on securing justice for victims of recent abductions, unlawful killings, and enforced disappearances.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Human rights advocates highlighted that families in vulnerable, informal settlements, including Mathare, Mukuru, Kibera, and Korogocho, continue to bear the heaviest brunt of security-force violence and state impunity.
