The decision comes while the Hague-based court continues its investigation into alleged crimes against humanity committed under former President Nicol\u00e1s Maduro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the tribunal&#8217;s actions, Rodr\u00edguez criticised the court for targeting the country, asserting that the ICC has built up a legacy of hostility toward the Global South.
