The proposed transaction values the Merseyside club at around \u00a34.4 billion ($5.9 billion), with the minority equity stake priced at approximately \u00a31.35 billion ($1.8 billion).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If finalised, the deal will bring Bezos, Saverin, and Bhatia into Liverpool&#8217;s ownership structure, though FSG will retain majority ownership and operational control of the club.
