Ellis said the team managed the match well and showed greater intensity after the break. “We were resolute throughout the game and when we went into half-time we changed a few things and we then got the goal,” Ellis said.<\/p>\n

Ellis acknowledged questions about SA’s performances earlier in the tournament but expressed relief that the team achieved its objective. “I know people at home are asking why we couldn’t play like that from the beginning of the competition, but at least the dream is still alive,” Ellis said.<\/p>\n
