It later requested \u200ba new programme from the Fund, but a deal is yet to be \u200breached.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8220;While discussions were constructive, further \u200bprogress is needed to reach an agreement.
