The murder \u200bof the world champion has also struck a chord in Mdantsane, \u200cthe \u2060Eastern Cape township that has produced some of SA&#8217;s most successful boxers.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A 27-year-old woman travelling with Tete was shot multiple times and taken \u200bto hospital. Police \u200bhave started \u2060investigations and the motive remains unclear.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Tete won the IBF junior-bantamweight world title \u200bin 2014 after defeating Japan&#8217;s Teiru Kinoshita \u200bin \u2060Kobe.
