Ramaphosa, who chairs the African Union\u2019s (AU) Ad Hoc High-Level Committee on South Sudan (C5), is leading regional efforts to ensure the full implementation of the 2018 Revitalised Peace Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, mounting political hurdles at home continue to threaten the democratic roadmap.
