It marks Tshisekedi&#8217;s second official visit to Israel following his initial trip in October 2021, when he pledged to open a diplomatic and commercial section in Jerusalem.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The high-level engagement comes amid shifting geopolitical dynamics across Africa.
