Her discovery has heightened public outrage over serial violence against women across Gauteng province.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Addressing the surge in killings, #NotinMyName International Secretary-General Themba Masango condemned the ongoing violence, warning that systemic inaction allows perpetrators to act with impunity.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The surge of GBV and femicide continues in SA, and it seems as if men have declared a war on women,&#8221; Masango stated. &#8220;Our femicide rate is 5.1 times higher than anywhere in the world.
