The World Bank Board of Executive Directors has approved $250 million in financing for the Kinshasa Urban Transformation and Jobs Program, known as Kin la Belle, aimed at improving solid waste management services and creating inclusive employment opportunities in Kinshasa, in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
