Cuba's envoy to the United Nations in New York says his country is facing an economic war, as a result of a continued U.S. oil blockade of his country on top of more than 6-decade U.S. embargo on the Caribbean island nation.
Ambassador Ernesto Soberon Guzman explained... that his country had received just one tanker of oil from Russia in the last few weeks, enough to cover just a third of oil consumption in Cuba for one month.
